For once I was surprised that Margaret actually chipped in what she thought, and told Siralien exactly what had gone on.  She really doesn't like Claire, does she?

Simon would never win this, but the first half of the series is about losing the dead weight, chancers and nutters, and he's none of them.  Claire was certainly conspiring to kill the task.  I could just imagine her saying to herself as she stomped her cankles back to the so-called processing room "What, in these heels?  F*ck him, he'll swing for this"

In the boardroom, Good hair guy (Alex) certainly did an abrupt volt-face, when Siralien was rounding on fatty Claire.  Clearly deciding to back a different horse after betting on Simon going down.  She will now crucify him for that, but she'll have to catch him first.

Lucinda dodged a bullet again, I see.  Some people have "victim" written them, and the others have sensed weakness and smelt blood.

Lastly, aren't these the cream of entrepreneurial flair in modern technologically advanced Britain?  How come so many of them couldn't work a bleedin' PC with photoshop, even after training?  Typical though.  I know several IT Consultants, who don't know their arse from their elbow on PC's, and could barely setup their own broadband, nevermind partition a drive or run a network.

I have a 6 year old who could print those pictures.  In fact he printed some pics from my phone via bluetooth only yesterday.

Margaret Mountford is now the official reason I'll stick with this season. Her reaction to Alex's unwillingness to support Simon (heavenward rolling of eyes) was a joy to behold and her boardroom attacks on Claire and Alex long overdue.

Let's hope for more direct, no-nonsense and open assessments from Margaret and Nick in the weeks ahead, because with the bunch of also-rans comprising this years' selection of candidates, even watching the weekly pratfalls they repeatedly make is going to get old pretty quick.

Unless, of course, one of them suddenly develops a personality (I'm actually hoping Raef "Fop" Bjayou might actually yet prove the be human - there is potential for a peronality beneath that barnet).

It's now getting to the point, where you can tell from the editing on the task, just who is going to be the three in the boardroom.

So that we are emotionally invested in the outcome, they ensure that we've seen plenty footage of who, in the view of the editor, has been responsible for the cock-ups.

Apparently also, the boardroom sequence can take up to 2 hours to film.

I think now is the time to list who is flying beneath the radar.  As there is no incentive for being Project Leader, a few are guilty.

Lucinda is trying to keep a low profile, but is being picked on
Lindi (out of the Sugababes) other than her 24 hour hotline.
Lee McQueen
Alex - did you see him squirm out of responsibility last night.
Sara has been PL, but still kept shtum.
Jennifer and Michael - nothing to report there, except she is the dishiest of the bunch with a cool Oirish accent.

Oh and, how do you spell the word "accent" Lee?

That was just annoying watching Alex in the boardroom, he really needed to take responsibilty and in my opinion he should have gone for being completely spineless. I loved Marget attacking them, brilliant to watch. Definately want more of that in the shows to come.

I think the Beckham lookalike helped out on the sly.  I tracked that guy down to www.beckhamlookalike.co.uk
