The Third Episode
In the third episode of series three, we saw the teams have just one day to start a business and make as much profit as possible on Sir Alan’s investment of £200. The team leaders were for the boys Tre Azam Marketing and design consultant and for the girls Naomi Lay Advertising sales manager. This time it was the turn of the girls to taste defeat as the boys managed to raise £389.39 from gardening, then in the evening a sing-a-gram service, compared to the girls £265.04 from face painting and there kiss-a-gram service. Noami’s managment skills were under scrutiny along with Jadine being labelled ‘a bad egg’ and was warned about her distruptive behaviour, but it was Gerri who was fired for her lack of contribution. Did gerri deserve to go? Also what did you make of the kiss-a-gram scam?
I thought Gerri contributed little to the task but then again was given a job where maybe she couldn’t contribute as much as she would have liked to. Jadine for me is a huge distruptive pain and wasn’t willing to listen to her team leader and was incredibly disobedient. Noami i felt sorry for as she was being undermined by Jadine and found it hard maybe to lead the team as she would have like. But the decision to do face painting was a poor idea and it never really had any profit in it. The kiss-a-gram stuff was just girls thinking on there feet and yes it may have been a little tacky but then it shows the desire and the lengths the contestants are willing to go. I am just annoyed i was around when Naomi was giving out kisses as i may have been able to fill the gap between the money made between the girls and boys.
